Denne flot illustrerede bog fortæller historien omkring fundet og udgravningen af Seismosaurus hallorum, en af de største og tungeste dinosaurer, der nogensinde er opdaget. Forfatteren er stats-palæontolog i Utah, USA, og han fortæller rigtig levende og spændende om denne enorme sauropod, krydret med mange anekdoter tilbage fra fundstedet i 1985.

Så udkom endelig den længe ventede opdatering af det fremragende værk The Dinosauria. Bogen er opdelt i to sektioner, Section one: DINOSAUR SYSTEMATICS med behandling af Saurischia og Ornithischia og Section two: DINOSAUR DISTRIBUTION AND BIOLOGY. I den omfangsrige litteraturliste ses også en del referencer fra 2004, men generelt er de nyeste referencer fra første halvår af 2003. Bogen er uundværlig for den seriøse dinosaur-elsker.
